About Pam:
Pam certified as a DONA Birth Doula in 2010 and recertified in 2013. She has been honored to have attended 40 births.
Pam started her doula journey by volunteering at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Mass. for a couple of years. In 2011, she went to Honduras to volunteer as a birth doula in a maternity clinic for two weeks.
As a part of her DONA certification, she observed the 12-week Bradley Course, and also took the Bradley class again when expecting her first child. Thanks
Mission:
Pam helps to educate families and provide resources to help them obtain the birth they desire.
Pam’s job as your doula is to help you experience your best possible birth. Pam does not impose her own views, but helps you understand all of your birth options and support your decisions. She want to help women achieve the birth they want.
Area of service:
Pam attends births in the Worcester area, Emerson Hospital, Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge Hospital
and other local hospitals. Pam will attend home births with trained midwives.
